General Terms & Conditions

As soon as we receive your confirmed written acceptance of our quotation, we will register your names and wedding date with the relevant town hall,venue or church and send you the guidelines for all parts of the wedding.

You must then pay a small deposit in order for your wedding to be confirmed. The remaining balance is to be settled in several equal payments over the time until your wedding day.

The wedding venues and suppliers may also ask for deposits. We will advise you accordingly.

Prices are based on the current prices of the venues and suppliers. Eternal Weddings Cyprus accept no responsibility for any price increases from hotels and suppliers.

The legal documents required to marry in Cyprus are the responsibility of the wedding couple and all original documents must be brought with them to Cyprus.

Guests are responsible for any loss or damages made to the Venue and table decoration. In case of any damage, the guests will be charged accordingly by the Venue/Supplier

Following the time schedule; Eternal Weddings Cyprus is not responsible for any delays in case the schedule agreed is not followed by the wedding party such as unscheduled or prolonged activities, unplanned photography shots, speeches etc. which affect the agreed plan for your day.

Eternal Weddings Cyprus and Chosen Venue reserve the right to relocate any function when required, for example, as a result of adverse weather conditions. In this case no refunds will be offered.

All services required for the wedding, for example wedding cake, flowers, beauty treatments, transport must be organized and booked through the Planner.

Eternal Weddings Cyprus accept no responsibility for any suppliers/items booked direct by the couple, in case of failure of delivery of the directly booked services.

All personal items are responsibility of the guests to be taken away at the end of your function. No responsibility can be taken for any property which is not located.

Upon arrival a meeting to finalize your wedding event will be arranged with your private wedding planner.It is imperative that the couple attend.

Final number of guests must be provided one month prior to the wedding day

Guest numbers cannot be reduced on the wedding day.

Additional Guests can be added up to 3 days before the function (in case of a surprise guest etc.).

If you have a complaint during your stay in Cyprus you must inform one of our local representatives who will then do their best to resolve the problem on the spot.


Payment Terms

A nonrefundable deposit of Є300 will be required in order to book our wedding planning services, which will cover any administration time consumed to book your wedding date and services.

The remaining balance should be settled in the following way, unless if a different payment plan has been agreed between the Wedding Couple and Eternal Weddings Cyprus:

50% of the balance 6 months prior to the wedding day

75% of the balance 3 months prior to the wedding day

100% of the balance 1 month prior to the wedding day

If the payments are not received by the due dates, Eternal Weddings Cyprus reserve the right to cancel the wedding.

All payments are in Euros(Є).

Al the above payments are not refundable.

All payments are transferable if for any reason you would like to change your wedding date, for the same venue and suppliers. Deposits cannot be transferred to different venues or suppliers than the ones who were originally booked. For example, if the photographer or venue is not available on the new date and a different one has to be booked,the relevant deposit has to be paid.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellations need to be submitted to Eternal Weddings Cyprus in writing by email and will be effective from the date of receipt by us.

No refund of any deposits can be made at any time.

All the payments mentioned above in the Payment Terms are non-refundable
